Negro Grappling Star to Prepare for Bout with Morelli

Reginald Siki, undisputed Negro heavyweight wrestling champion since his victory over George Godfrey, will arrive in Albany tonight and train for two days for his main event at Hawkins Stadium Thursday night against the Italian tackle star, Al Morelli.

While in Albany Siki will give free wrestling instruction to any Negro boys who have aspirations to become wrestlers.  He is doing this all over the country.  Siki claims that there should be not one or two or even a half dozen but a large number of great Negro mat stars.

Siki, born in French Senegal, is considered a credit to his race.  Educated in European universities, he speaks nine languages fluently.  He is a talented musician and a student of political science.  His ambition is to acquire a fortune and return to his native country and start a university for Negro men.

Albany fans admire the Negro.  Never yet, in the half dozen bouts he has wrestled on the stadium mat, has he ever violated a rule or stepped outside the bounds of wrestling.
