Senioritas Olga Zepada and Ida Mae Martinez triumphed in the all-girl tag team match Thursday night at the Fairgrounds Coliseum before the largest crowd of the indoor season.
The attractive Mexican girls downed Misses Mary Jane Mull and Bonnie Watson in a modern mat thriller.
Bill Melby defeated rugged Tony Borne in the co-feature. A near riot developed during the closing moments as “Treach” Phillips was losing to Earl Lacy via disqualification.
Promoter Dave Reynolds announced that next week’s main attraction will be the tag team of Melby and George Strickland against Gypsy Joe and Big Ted Christy.

Argentina Rocca beat Tarzan Hewitt in two straight falls in the main wrestling event before 1,383 last night in Marigold Arena. Juan Hernandez whipped Hans Hermann on a disqualification in 10:15 of the semi-windup. Other results:
Bob Orton beat Harry Lewis, Sheik of Araby and Gypsy Joe beat Jon Arjon and Tommy Martindale (tag match), Dave Jons beat Don Clauss and Milt Olsen drew Jerry Woods.
