Tiger Joe Marsh of Chicago, one time high ranking matman and again bidding strongly to regain title consideration, will make his local debut Friday night when he meets Tom Casey of Ireland in the best of three falls semi-final to the Rufus Jones-Ted Germaine feature at J & P Coats hall, Lonsdale avenue. Tiger Joe, serving under Tom Hamilton, Frank Wickhorst and Killer Kane in World War II, saw service with the Navy in China and the Philippines, winning the all-service heavyweight wrestling crown. As a pro Joe has met and defeated most of the top-ranking men.
