PROVIDENCE – Steve “Crusher” Casey, world heavyweight champion, will meet Leo Numa in the main bout of Promoter Ivan Mickailoff’s wrestling show at the Elks Auditorium tonight. The match will be over the best-of-three falls route, with a 90-minute time limit.
In the semi-final Lou Laird of California will make his first appearance in this city against Jim Marshall of Texas.
The opening bout, scheduled for 8:30, pits Teddy McNeil of Halifax against Jim Wallis.
