Promoter Ralph Mondt resumes wrestling promotion in a big way beginning tomorrow night at Jersey City Garden, Palisade and Franklin Avenue, Jersey City. With more than ten years of successful promotion at Columbia Park, Promoter Mondt now offers his patrons a new wrestling home at Jersey City Garden, New Jersey’s show arena where every seat is a ringside seat.
For his opening he has signed a sensational main event which brings together in a finish match, French Angel, world’s ugliest wrestler, the man responsible for drawing the largest wrestling gates in the country. Angel is matched with one of the top ranking wrestlers in the country – Leo Numa, handsome Buffalo entry and a man who has clashed with the best matmen in the country. French Angel has no soft picking, he is facing real opposition and those who have seen Numa in action are stringing along with him to defeat the ugly one.
Promoter Mondt meanwhile is lining up the rest of the card which will include among other things a team match, featuring four wrestlers in the ring at the same time.
