Wrestling promoter Jimmy Lagios today announces the discontinuation of his Saturday mat shows. He explained he was unable to meet the heavy expenses.

More than 500 fans witnessed last Saturday’s program at Holman Stadium and saw Alma Mills win two straight falls from Loraine Swanson in the main event. Bob Russell defeated Marion DeSouza in two falls and Tarzan Bolo won over Young Karnera, also in two straight falls.
