McGill For India.
Matched With Gama.
The Irish heavy-weight wrestler, Mike McGill, who has recovered from a broken ankle sustained in a match against Fred Atkins at Broken Hill, arrived here yesterday, and announced that he will leave for India to-day.
McGill, who wrestled with success at Fitzroy, Adelaide and Sydney, was one of the most symmetrical athletes seen here. He has been offered a liberal contract to meet the best of the Hindu heavy weights, including the great Gama, who has never been defeated in his own country.
Recently the American Strangler Lewis left here under the direction of Ted Thye to meet Gama.
