The Washington Afro-American – January 24, 1956
A rematch of the Buddy Rogers and Cowboy Rocky Hi-Lee bout which ended on a riotous note at a recent show is on tap for the Uline Arena wrestling card Friday night.
Promoter Ray Fabiani has lined up Joe Louis former world heavyweight champion, to referee this match.
Louis, who is due in Washington Wednesday, also will handle the bout between Bo Bo Brazil, 270-pound grappler, and the Masked Golden Terror.

A CO-FEATURE of the card will be a four-member tag team match with four women wrestlers. The girls will pair off with Louise Green and Kathleen Wimbley against Ethel Johnson and Babs Wingo.
The show is being staged as a benefit for the Knights of Pythias scholarship fund.
The Rogers-Hi-Lee match ended in confusion on the last show, with everybody complaining about the referee. With this in mind, Promoter Fabiani acquired the services of Louis as the third man in the ring with Joe as the arbiter, peace is expected to reign on the mat.
