No Fall In Two Hours Forty Minutes.
LONDON, Sept. 11.
A wrestling match, which took place at the Stadium at Shepherd’s Bush yesterday between the Indian wrestler, Gama, and Zbysco, the Galician, resolved itself into a desperate encounter, in which neither man could obtain any material advantage.
After a terrific bout, extending over two hours and forty minutes without a fall being secured, the match was stopped.
The contest will be resumed on September 17.
[Zbysco met Frank Gotch, since retired, in a match for the catch-as-catch-can championship of the world in Chicago on June 1. Gotch threw Zbysco in two straight falls.]
